Dr. Giuseppe (Joe) Mazza, MD

Dr. Mazza graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University in 1986. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Concordia University (1982). He completed an internship in family medicine at St Mary’s Hospital (1986-1987). He has been practicing family medicine in Montreal from 1989 to present. He has been the Head of Continuing Medical Education from 1997 to present. Since 2000,he is actively involved in Phase 2 and 3 of ongoing clinical trials as a principal investigator and has been involved in over 110 different clinical trials on various medical problems as principal investigator. (Respiratory/ Diabetes/ Psoriasis/ Depression/ Cardiac/ Alzheimer/ Rheumatology, etc.). Since 2018, he is the Founder, President of the Board and Interim CEO of Fondation Artruisme, which brings together the worlds of Art and Medicine using research, art therapy, and art exhibitions.
